Day 1: Nairobi
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), you will be warmly welcomed and transferred by road to your city hotel in Nairobi.
After check-in, take some time to relax and recover from your journey before enjoying lunch at the hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure, allowing you to unwind and prepare for the exciting safari adventure ahead. Dinner will be served at the hotel this evening.
Day 2: Masai Mara
After breakfast at the lodge, you will be transferred by road to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to the world-famous Masai Mara.
Upon arrival at Mara Kichwa Airstrip, you will be warmly welcomed by a lodge representative and transferred to the lodge through the beautiful landscapes of the Masai Mara. Enjoy lunch at the lodge before taking some time to relax and soak up the incredible surroundings.
Later this afternoon, depart on a shared game drive in the reserve accompanied by an experienced safari guide. Explore the vast plains of the Masai Mara, renowned for its exceptional wildlife, dramatic scenery, and abundant predators, as you begin your unforgettable safari experience in Kenya.
Day 3-4: Masai Mara
Enjoy both morning and afternoon game drives in the Masai Mara Reserve using a shared camp vehicle, accompanied by experienced safari guides. Explore the endless savannahs in search of Africa’s incredible wildlife, including lions, elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and many other iconic species that roam this remarkable ecosystem.
Between safari activities, return to the lodge to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings of the African wilderness.
All meals will be provided by the lodge throughout your stay.
Day 5: Ikoma
After breakfast at the lodge, continue your safari adventure with a scenic transfer to the Ikoma region, located on the western corridor of the Serengeti ecosystem — an area renowned for its rich wildlife and peaceful wilderness atmosphere.
Upon arrival at the lodge, you will be welcomed by the lodge team and transferred to camp in time for lunch.
Spend the early afternoon relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings before heading out on an afternoon game drive in the reserve using a shared lodge vehicle. Accompanied by an experienced guide, explore this wildlife-rich region where you may encounter elephants, giraffes, lions, hyenas, and large herds of plains game roaming freely across the savannah.
Return to the lodge in the evening to unwind and enjoy dinner under the African sky.
Day 6-7: Ikoma
Spend the next two days exploring the spectacular wilderness of the Ikoma region with morning and afternoon game drives in a shared lodge vehicle, accompanied by experienced safari guides.
This remote and wildlife-rich area offers excellent opportunities to encounter a wide variety of animals, including elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and many other species that roam freely across the Serengeti ecosystem. Each game drive brings new sightings and unforgettable moments in the heart of the African bush.
Between safari activities, return to the lodge to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, exceptional hospitality, and beautiful scenery.
All meals will be provided by the lodge throughout your stay.
Day 8-9: Karatu
After breakfast at camp, you will be transferred by road to Seronera Airstrip for your scheduled flight to Manyara.
Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to Escarpment Lodge where lunch will be served overlooking the beautiful landscapes of the Great Rift Valley.
Later this afternoon, depart for an exciting game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, a scenic and diverse wildlife area famous for its lush forests, soda lake, colourful birdlife, and tree-climbing lions.
After your safari experience, continue your journey towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and the town of Karatu, arriving in the early evening.
Settle into your lodge and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the surrounding highlands after another unforgettable day on safari.
Day 10: End of Itinerary
After breakfast at the lodge, depart by road for Arusha, enjoying the scenic landscapes of northern Tanzania along the way.
Upon arrival in Arusha, enjoy a relaxing lunch at the beautiful Arusha Coffee Lodge, surrounded by lush coffee plantations and tranquil gardens.
Later this afternoon, continue by road transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward homebound flight, bringing your unforgettable East African safari adventure to a close.
